안양시청소년재단(이사장 최대호) 산하 박달청소년문화의집(소장 김기홍)이 최근 광복회 안양시지회와 국가보훈부 공모사업인 '속보 동네방네 독립특파원'의 원활한 운영과 청소년 역사교육 활성화를 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 밝혔다.

'속보 동네방네 독립특파원'은 국가보훈부 공모사업으로, 청소년들이 안양지역의 독립운동 역사와 독립운동가를 직접 배우고 취재하며 다양한 미디어 콘텐츠를 제작하는 지역사회 참여형 프로그램이다.

이번 협약에 따라 양 기관은 ▲독립운동 및 보훈교육 지원 ▲지역 역사 콘텐츠 발굴 및 활용 ▲청소년 캠페인과 콘텐츠 제작 지원 등 다양한 분야에서 협력할 계획이다.

청소년들은 역사 해설과 현장 탐방, 독립운동 관련 인물 인터뷰, 시민 대상 캠페인 등에 참여하며 안양지역 독립운동의 역사적 가치와 의미를 시민들에게 알리는 콘텐츠를 직접 제작하게 된다.

김기홍 박달청소년문화의집 소장은 "청소년들이 지역의 독립운동 역사를 직접 배우고 이를 시민들에게 알리는 뜻깊은 프로그램을 운영하게 돼 매우 의미 있게 생각한다"며 "광복회 안양시지회와 긴밀히 협력해 청소년들이 올바른 역사관과 공동체 의식을 갖춘 민주시민으로 성장할 수 있도록 적극 지원하겠다"고 말했다.

Cooperation to Operate Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs Project and Revitalize Youth History Education

The Bakdal Youth Culture Center (Director Kim Ki-hong), under the Anyang City Youth Foundation (Chairman Choi Dae-ho), announced that it recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Anyang City Branch of the Korean Liberation Association to ensure the smooth operation of the Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs' public contest project, "Breaking News: Neighborhood Independence Correspondents," and to revitalize youth history education.

"Breaking News: Neighborhood Independence Correspondents" is a public contest project by the Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs, a community-participatory program in which youth directly learn about and report on the history of the independence movement and independence activists in the Anyang region, and produce various media content.

Under this agreement, both organizations plan to cooperate in various fields, including ▲support for independence movement and veterans' education ▲discovery and utilization of local historical content ▲support for youth campaigns and content production.
