경기도의회 더불어민주당이 내년도 본예산에 반영할 주요 정책사업의 추진 상황을 점검하며 신혼부부·청년 주거 지원과 공공 재개발, 여성청소년 지원사업의 실효성 확보 방안을 집중 논의했다.

경기도의회 더불어민주당(대표의원 안광률)은 3일 교섭단체 회의실에서 경기도 관계 부서와 정책사업 추진 현황을 공유하고 예산 편성과 사업 방향을 논의하는 업무보고를 진행했다.

회의에는 안광률 대표의원을 비롯해 김태희 정책위원장, 전자영 수석대변인, 유경현 정무수석, 이자형 기획수석 등이 참석했으며, 경기도 관련 부서 관계자들도 함께해 주요 정책사업의 추진 상황을 설명했다.

이날 점검 대상은 2026년도 본예산 반영을 추진 중인 사업들이다. 신혼부부 임차보증금 이자 지원과 청년 전·월세 보증금 이자 지원을 비롯해 여성청소년 생리용품 보편지원 확대, 청소년수련관 신설, AI 성장바우처, 세월호 추모걷기, AI 기반 유방암 검진, 외국인 간병제 시범사업, 감염취약시설 인플루엔자 예방접종 등이 논의됐다.

안광률 대표의원은 “주택 대출 부담으로 혼인신고를 미루는 사례가 적지 않다”며 “실제 수요를 면밀히 분석해 신혼부부와 청년들이 체감할 수 있는 주거 지원 정책을 마련해야 한다”고 강조했다.

공공 재개발·재건축 사업과 관련해서는 경기주택도시공사(GH)의 역할 확대도 주요 의제로 다뤄졌다. 참석자들은 GH가 공공 재개발에 적극 참여해 원주민 재정착률을 높일 필요가 있다는 데 의견을 같이했다.

안 대표의원은 “재개발 이후 기존 주민들이 오히려 더 열악한 주거환경으로 이동하는 사례가 적지 않다”며 “지분적립형 주택과 분양전환형 임대주택 공급을 확대하는 등 원주민이 지역에 계속 거주할 수 있는 제도 개선이 필요하다”고 말했다.

여성청소년 생리용품 보편지원 사업도 개선 과제로 제시됐다. 현재 도비 30%, 시·군비 70%인 재원 분담 구조 때문에 일부 지방자치단체가 사업에 참여하지 못하고 있는 만큼 도비 지원 비율을 높이거나 교육청 협력사업으로 전환하는 방안이 논의됐다.

On the 3rd, the Democratic Party of the Gyeonggi Provincial Assembly (Representative Ahn Gwang-ryul) held a work report meeting in the negotiating group conference room to share the status of policy projects with relevant Gyeonggi Provincial departments and discuss budget formulation and project directions.
