과천시민이라면 자매·우호도시의 주요 관광시설과 캠핑장을 할인된 가격으로 이용할 수 있는 혜택을 누릴 수 있게 됐다.

과천시는 자매·우호도시와의 교류사업의 일환으로 시민들에게 관광시설 이용료 감면 등 다양한 혜택을 제공하고 있다고 밝혔다.

과천시민은 주민등록증 등 과천시 거주 사실을 확인할 수 있는 신분증을 제시하면 자매도시인 통영시와 가평군, 우호도시인 동해시의 관광시설과 캠핑장을 할인된 요금으로 이용할 수 있다.

통영시에서는 대표 관광명소인 디피랑과 통영RCE자연생태공원, 통영등대낚시공원 등을 최대 50% 할인된 가격으로 이용할 수 있다. 또 거북선 등 조선군선, 삼도수군통제영, 수산과학관은 무료 입장이 가능하며, 통영케이블카, 루지, 한산도 통제영캠핑장 등도 할인 혜택이 제공된다.

가평군에서는 자라섬 캠핑장, 연인산 다목적 캠핑장, 칼봉산 자연휴양림, 이화원 등 주요 관광·휴양시설을 30% 할인된 요금으로 이용할 수 있으며, 동해시에서는 망상오토캠핑리조트와 망상 제2오토캠핑장 이용료를 20% 할인받을 수 있다.
