군포문화재단이 군포문화예술회관 전시실에서 한국문화예술회관연합회 2021년 전시공간 활성화 지원사업의 일환으로 진행되는 ‘테리보더_먹고·즐기고·사랑하라’라는 기획전시를 오픈했다.

 

테리보더는 미국 출신의 사진작가로 시각적인 이미지를 활용해 메시지를 전달하는 ‘비주얼 스토리텔링’을 능숙하게 구사한다.

 

 

일상생활에서 흔히 볼 수 있는 음식이나 사물에 팔다리를 붙여 인격화 시키고, 삶의 부조리를 고발하거나 인간의 존재에 의문을 던지는 블랙유머(Black Homor)를 통해 관람객들의 흥미 유발과 공감대를 형성한다.

 

또한 테리보더의 작품 제작과정을 담은 메이킹 영상과 인터뷰도 만나볼 수 있으며, 그의 예술세계의 가장 두드러진 특징인 ‘벤트 아트’기법을 직접 체험해 볼 수 있는 프로그램도 마련되어 있다.

 

재단 관계자는 “온가족이 함께 즐길 수 있는 이번 전시를 통해 우리가 일상에서 놓치고 있을 행복을 발견해보길 바란다”고 말했다.
