경기도의회가 지난 3월 26일 의회사무처 직원을 대상으로 ‘2024년 예산 직무역량 강화 교육’을 실시했다.

이날 교육에서는 최기웅 서울연구원장이 ‘예산회계 실무 및 결산검사’를 주제로 2시간 동안 강의를 진행했다.

1부는 2023회계연도 결산검사 대비 의회사무처 전직원 역량강화를 위한 교육으로, 예산·실무사례를 중심으로 구성됐다.

2부는 예산분석관 및 정책지원관들의 예산 분야 질의응답 시간으로 구성됐다.

교육에 참석한 한 의회 직원은 “2023회계연도 결산검사를 준비하는데 많은 도움이 되었다”며, “더 심도 있게 다룰 수 있는 시간이 있었으면 좋겠다”고 말했다.

경기도의회 관계자는 “이번 경기도의회 직무역량 강화교육은 2023회계연도 결산검사를 앞두고 예산실무 사례, 결산기법, 검사 중점 고려사항 등에 대해 미리 교육함으로써 의회 직원들이 전문화된 예산·˙회계역량을 함양하는 계기가 됐다”고 말했다.
