SBC스마트비즈니스교육원이 스마트비즈니스 과정 9기 수료식을 개최했다. SBC스마트교육원은 지난 6월 4일 오후 안양창업센터 9층 강당에서 스마트비즈니스 과정 9기 수료식과 함께 9기 동문회 한형석 회장 취임식을 개최했다.
이날 행사는 교육과정 보고, 수료증 전달, 상장수여, 이태현 수료생의 수료 후기 낭독, 8기 김성수 회장 환영사, 한형석 회장 답사, 김문섭 교육원장·이미숙 총동문회장·조광희 안양산업진흥원장·이재화 상임의장 축사 등의 순서로 진행됐다.

이태현 수료생은 이재화 SBC교육원 상임의장의 아들이다. 이 상임의장의 추천과, 김문섭 원장의 추천으로 스마트비즈니스 과정 9기에 입학했다. 이태현 수료생은 스마트비즈니스 과정 9기를 대표해서 수료 후기를 발표하면서 스마트비즈니스 과정 9기에 들어와서 좋았던 점을 △비즈니스에 적합한 매너와 마인드를 갖추게 됐다, △보다 사교적인 태도를 갖추게 됐다, △진솔한 지인을 얻었다고 얘기한 뒤에 “진심으로 나를 걱정해 주는 34명의 지인들이 생겼다는 점만으로도 이미 비즈니스 모임의 목적을 초과 달성한 것이 아닐까 생각하고 있다”며, “김문섭 원장님은 가끔 ‘아버지가 아들을 소개하는 모임이면 검증된 것 아닌가’ 라고 말하신다. 이 자리를 빌어 비로소 말씀드리겠다. 이제 검증이 완료됐다”고 말해 박수갈채를 받았다.
8기 김성수 회장은 환영사에서 “8기보다 9기 분위기가 좋아 보여 부럽다”며, “우리 스마트 비즈니스 클럽이 ‘이타적 공진화’를 슬로건으로 교육을 받고 있는데 이걸 실행하려면 바라지 말고 기다리지 말고 찾아가라. 내가 가만히 있다고 누가 도와주는 거 없다. 그래야 이타적 공진화가 실행된다”고 말했다.

9기 한형석 초대회장은 답사에서 “우리는 서로 직업이나 나이를 전혀 모른 채 그저 원장님과의 인연이나 소개로 SBC교육원에 입소했다. 서로 무척 어색했던 기억이 난다. 그러나 한 주 한 주 지날 때마다 우리 어색함은 친밀함과 또 반가움으로 조금씩 바뀌었다. 처음에 우리 9기 모든 회원들과 함께 계속할 수 있을지 내심 걱정스러웠다. 다행히 그런 고민은 이제 완전히 사라졌다”며, “오늘 다시금 무거운 부담감, 바로 우리 SBC 9기가 총동문회에 가입하게 되는 시점이다. 무엇이든 처음은 어렵고 힘들고 어색할 거다. 그러나 한 주 한 주 지내면 우리가 가진 총동문회에 대해 느낄 어색함은 다시금 친밀함과 반가움으로 바뀔 것이라 확신한다. 오늘 방문해 주신 선배님들께 약속드리겠다. 우리 SBC 9기는 서로 의지하며 서로 맡은 바 역할을 다하는 건강한 조직으로 거듭나겠다. 아울러 우리 9기는 SBC교육원이 지향하는 이타적 공진화를 위해, 또 총동문회에서 할 수 있는 모든 일과 해야 할 일을 찾아 열심히 동참하겠다”고 말했다.
김문섭 원장은 축사에서 “스마트비즈니스클럽은 안양 군포 의왕 지역사회에서 정말 훌륭하고 최고가는 리더들을 키우기 위해 노력해왔다”며, “매주 화요일 아침이면 여러분들을 만날 수 있었는데 이제 볼 수 없게 돼 아쉽다. 그 아쉬움 속에서 우리는 600여 동문들과 함께할 수 있도록 변화하는 모습, 발전하는 모습을 보고 싶다. 저 역시도 더욱더 노력해서 부족한 점을 보완해 여러분들의 후기 기수 10기를 위해 노력하겠다”고 말했다.

조광희 안양산업진흥원장은 “안양산업진흥원은 안양시 산업 육성 전반을 담당하는 핵심 기관으로서 청년이 창업하기 좋은 도시 안양 기업이 사업하기 좋은 도시 안양을 만들기 위해 언제나 우리 기업인들과 함께하고 있다”며, “최근 고물가, 고환율, 고금리로 인한 대내외 경영환경 악화로 기업 활동이 많이 어렵고 힘든 시기다. 이런 어려운 경제 여건 속에서도 각자 자신의 영역을 굳건히 지키고 있는 모습에 깊은 감사를 드린다. 안양산업진흥원은 관내 기업인들을 위한 RND 기술 개발 지원, 마케팅, 지식재산권 출원 지원 등 다양한 지원 사업을 운영하고 있다. 어려움이 있을 때는 언제든지 문의해달라. 관내 기업인들과 지역 상생 및 발전을 위한 이타적 공진화에 안양산업진흥원도 적극 동참하겠다”고 얘기했다.
이미숙 안양군포의왕 SBC 총동문회장은 “9기가 오늘 36분이 수료하는 걸로 알고 있다. 지니어스로 시작해서 SBC로 거듭나기까지 역대 가장 많은 수료생을 배출한 기가 됐다”며, “여러분들의 넘치는 에너지가 우리가 각자 가지고 있는 직업에서 이타적 공진화를 실천할 수 있게 되기를 바란다”고 말했다.
이재화 상임의장은 “오늘 수료하시면서 ‘과연 공진화를 어떻게 이룰 것이며 내가 어떤 도움을 받을 것인가’라는 고민에 빠져 있는 분도 계실 것 같다”며, “이타적 공진화를 제대로 활용해야한다. 이타적 공진화는 주체적으로 공동체의 구성원이 되어서 봉사하고 헌신하라는 애기다. 국가를 위해서 봉사하고 헌신하면 공진화는 자연적으로 이루어진다”고 말했다.
남상덕 SBC총동문회 1기 회장은 “인간은 사회적 동물이다. 사회적 동물을 풀어보면 혼자서는 살 수 없다는 뜻”이라며, “(SBC 안에서) 좋은 인연 되시고 좋은 정보 얻으며, 좋은 사람 만나면서 사회적 동물의 가치를 이루기 바란다. 인간이 살아가는 데 있어서 가장 중요한 것은 필요한 사람이 되는 것이다. 그런 사람이 성공한 사람”이라고 말했다.
이날 행사는 화기애애한 분위기 속에서 ‘성경만두 평촌점’에서 뒤풀이를 가지며 마무리됐다.
