안양시가 지난 2월 8일 청년 관련 정보를 손쉽게 찾아볼 수 있는 ‘청년 챗GPT’ 서비스를 개발하고 운영을 시작했다고 밝혔다.

안양시가 구현한 청년 챗GPT는 정책, 생활환경, 소비패턴 및 유동인구, 일자리 등 각종 청년 관련 정보를 분석하고 학습해 시민의 질문에 데이터로 답변하는 대화형 정보 제공 서비스.

안양시는 다양한 분야의 수요를 예측해 정책을 수립하는 과학적 행정을 구현하고자 지난해 민간데이터와 공공데이터를 융합한 빅데이터 활용 서비스 모델을 개발했다.

안양시는 이 사업의 일환으로 ‘청년 챗GPT’를 안양시 대시민 빅데이터 대시보드 ‘데이터로 보는 안양(https://bigdata.anyang.go.kr)’에 추가하고 지난달 시범운영을 마쳤다.

안양시는 챗GPT가 생소한 시민의 이용을 돕고 이를 효과적으로 사용할 수 있도록 청년 챗GPT 내 일자리, 생활환경, 청년정책, 취업 등 대표 10개 분야에 총 100여개의 예시 질문을 등록하고, 청년 챗GPT가 주기적으로 안양시 청년 관련 데이터를 갱신하고 학습하도록 해 답변의 최신성과 신뢰성을 지속적으로 확보하기로 했다.

안양시는 청년 챗GPT 답변 제공과 함께 만족도를 조사해 서비스 개선에 활용하고 청년 챗GPT를 발전시켜나갈 계획이다.

최대호 안양시장은 “안양시의 빅데이터 기반 혁신 행정서비스가 시민의 생활을 편리하게 함은 물론, 소상공인 및 기업 등에 유용한 데이터를 제공해 새로운 가치를 창출하는 계기가 되길 바란다”고 말했다.

Anyang City announced on February 8 that it developed and began operating the ‘Youth Chat GPT’ service, which allows users to easily find youth-related information.

Youth Chat GPT, implemented by Anyang City, is an interactive information service that analyzes and learns various youth-related information such as policies, living environment, consumption patterns, floating population, and jobs, and answers citizens' questions with data.

Anyang City developed a big data utilization service model last year that combines private and public data to implement scientific administration that predicts demand in various fields and establishes policies.

As part of this project, Anyang City added ‘Youth Chat GPT’ to Anyang City’s citizen big data dashboard ‘Anyang through Data (https://bigdata.anyang.go.kr)’ and completed pilot operation last month.

Anyang City registered a total of 100 example questions in 10 representative fields such as jobs, living environment, youth policy, and employment within Youth Chat GPT to help citizens who are unfamiliar with Chat GPT use it effectively and to use it effectively.
