의왕도시공사(사장 노성화)가 지난 2월 18일 부곡스포츠센터 다목적체육관에서 지속 가능한 경영체계를 구축을 위한 ‘新 경영전략 선포식’을 개최했다.

의왕도시공사는 지난해 11월부터 올해 1월까지 약 2달간 임시조직인 ‘경영혁신 TF팀’을 설치해CEO의 경영혁신 의지를 반영한 공사 당면 문제 해결 방안 모색과 공사의 재무건전성 확보 및 경영혁신 방향을 도출하고 공사의 지속 가능한 경영체계를 구축을 모색했다.

의왕도시공사 ‘경영혁신 TF팀’은 공사의 미션·비전 등 기존 경영전략 기본체계는 유지하되, 세부적인 전략방향 및 과제를 개선, 조직의 안정과 혁신을 모두 충족하는 중장기 경영체계 구상을 위해 새로운 전략과제를 제안했다. 의왕도시공사는 ‘경영혁신 TF팀’을 바탕으로 신규 사업 적극 발굴, 재무건전성 강화, 스마트 관리를 통한 재난안전 예방, 친환경 인프라 구축, 조직 역량 강화 등 기존 전략과제를 적극 추진하는 한편 △저출산 극복 △데이터 기반 시설관리 추진 △디지털 행정서비스 강화 △윤리인권 실천 강화 △신뢰와 협업의 조직문화 정착 등 정부 추진 정책 및 급변하는 사회에 대응한 새로운 전략과제를 마련했다.
