군포의왕교육지원청이 지난 2월 25일 교육지원청 강당에서 ‘2026 군포·의왕다움 공유학교’ 정책 설명회를 열고 지역 맞춤형 교육의 새로운 청사진을 제시했다. 이번 설명회는 군포와 의왕 지역의 교원과 학부모 등 교육 공동체를 대상으로 진행됐으며, 학교 문턱을 넘어 지역 사회의 다양한 자원을 활용한 학생 맞춤형 교육 시스템 구축을 목표로 삼았다.

‘군포·의왕다움 공유학교’는 경기도교육청이 추진하는 경기공유학교의 지역 특화 모델이다. 지역 사회와의 긴밀한 협력을 기반으로 학생 개개인의 특성에 맞는 학습 기회를 보장하는 ‘학교 밖 교육 활동’을 의미한다. 학교 안 교육과정만으로는 충족하기 어려운 전문적이고 다양한 분야의 교육 서비스를 지역 인프라와 연결해 제공하는 것이 핵심이다.

이날 설명회에서는 공유학교의 정의와 체계뿐만 아니라, 지난 2025년의 운영 성과를 되돌아보고 2026년에 새롭게 추진될 지역 맞춤형 사업들이 상세히 소개됐다. 특히 교육지원청은 군포와 의왕 교육 공동체의 요구 사항을 정밀하게 분석하여 9개 교육 영역을 확정했다. 이에 따라 오는 3월부터는 ▲마음多Gym 인성 ▲아름다움 문화예술 ▲스포츠 Dream 체육 ▲나다움 AI디지털 ▲참다움 진로설계 등 아이들의 성장에 필요한 다채로운 프로그램이 지역 곳곳에서 펼쳐질 예정이다.

군포와 의왕 두 지자체의 교육을 통합 관리하는 교육지원청의 특성을 살려, 이번 사업은 각 도시의 고유한 교육 자원을 최대한 활용할 수 있도록 설계됐다. 학부모와 교사들은 이번 설명회를 통해 달라진 교육 체계와 참여 방법을 확인하며, 지역 기반의 학교 밖 프로그램이 학생들의 미래 역량을 강화하는 데 큰 역할을 할 것으로 기대감을 나타냈다.

On February 25th, the Gunpo-Uiwang Office of Education held a policy briefing session for the "2026 Gunpo-Uiwang Daum Shared School" in the office auditorium, presenting a new blueprint for customized education in the region. This briefing, aimed at teachers, parents, and other members of the educational community in Gunpo and Uiwang, aimed to establish a personalized education system for students that goes beyond the school gates and utilizes diverse local resources.

The "Gunpo-Uiwang Daum Shared School" is a regionally specialized model of the Gyeonggi Shared School promoted by the Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education. It refers to "out-of-school educational activities" that ensure learning opportunities tailored to each student's unique characteristics, based on close collaboration with the local community. The core of the program is to provide specialized and diverse educational services that cannot be met solely through the school curriculum, by connecting with local infrastructure. The briefing session not only discussed the definition and structure of shared schools, but also reviewed the operational achievements of 2025 and detailed new, regionally tailored programs to be launched in 2026. Notably, the Gunpo and Uiwang Offices of Education meticulously analyzed the needs of the educational communities and identified nine educational areas.
