경기도교육청이 10일 경인교육대학교 경기캠퍼스에서 발대식을 열고, 학생들의 개별 특성을 반영한 맞춤형 진로교육을 이끌 ‘2026 경기진로교육지원단’을 공식 출범시켰다. 이번 지원단은 학교 현장의 전문성을 갖춘 교장, 교감, 교사 등 총 153명의 교원으로 구성되어 진로교육의 새로운 변화를 선도할 예정이다.

특히 이번 지원단은 학교와 지역사회, 교육청을 잇는 가교 역할을 수행하며 현장 밀착형 지원에 주력한다. 디지털 기반의 진로 설계 시스템을 강화해 학생 스스로 진로 개발 역량을 키울 수 있도록 돕고, 지역 인프라와 연계한 지속 가능한 교육 환경을 조성하는 것이 핵심 목표다.
