안양시가 구직 의욕이 저하되어 취업 준비를 중단한 이른바 ‘쉬었음 청년’들을 위해 사회 복귀와 취업을 돕는 맞춤형 지원에 나섰다. 시는 지난 2023년부터 추진해온 ‘청년도전지원사업’을 올해도 이어가며, 장기간 구직 포기로 심리적 위축을 겪는 청년들의 마음 회복과 실질적인 직무 역량 강화를 동시에 지원한다.

올해 프로그램은 참여 기간에 따라 단기(5주), 중기(15주), 장기(25주) 등 세 가지 과정으로 세분화해 운영된다. 모든 과정에는 현장 경험이 풍부한 전문 컨설턴트 5명이 배치되어 밀착 상담과 맞춤형 컨설팅을 제공한다. 이들은 참여자들과 긴밀히 소통하며 취업 전략 수립부터 직무 이해, 실전 면접 대비까지 전 과정을 지원하는 역할을 맡는다.

Anyang City has launched a customized support program to assist the social reintegration and employment of so-called "inactive youth"—those who have stopped preparing for employment due to a decline in motivation. The city is continuing the "Youth Challenge Support Project," which has been in operation since 2023, to simultaneously support the mental recovery of young people suffering from psychological withdrawal due to long-term job abandonment and the enhancement of practical job competencies.

This year's program is subdivided into three courses based on the duration of participation: short-term (5 weeks), medium-term (15 weeks), and long-term (25 weeks). Five professional consultants with extensive field experience are assigned to all courses to provide close counseling and customized consulting.
