군포의왕교육지원청(교육장 성정현)이 지난 3월 27일 교육지원청 수리홀에서 군포 의왕 지역 초등학교에 근무하는 초등 1학년 교사를 대상으로 연수를 실시했다.

이번 연수는 학교별 사례 나눔과 정보공유를 위해 군포의왕 관내 초등 1학년 교사들의 자발적인 전문적 학습공동체로 교육과정과 수업 이야기를 나누는 자리였다.

의왕부곡초등학교 김정순 교사는 “학령기 시작인 1학년 학생들을 지도해 온 다년간의 경험으로 ‘시와 시노래로 배우는 한글교육’, ‘1부터 10까지 수연산 감각을 익히는 수학교육’이라는 주제로 교사들 간에 실천 사례를 공유해 2022 개정 교육과정을 운영하는데 실질적인 도움을 얻을 수 있는 유익한 시간이었다”고 소감을 밝혔다.

성정현 교육장은 “2022 개정 교육과정 운영에 맞춘 군포의왕지역 초등 1학년 교사들의 역량강화를 위해 교사들에게 필요한 다양한 연수를 운영하고 자발적인 교사들의 전문적학습공동체 확대를 위해 앞으로도 적극적인 지원과 협조를 아끼지 않겠다”고 말했다.

Gunpo Uiwang Office of Education (Director Seong Jeong-hyeon) conducted training for first-grade elementary school teachers working at elementary schools in the Gunpo Uiwang area at the Office of Education's Suri Hall on March 27.

This training was a voluntary professional learning community of first-grade elementary school teachers in Gunpo Uiwang's jurisdiction to share stories about curriculum and classes in order to share cases and information for each school.

Kim Jeong-soon, a teacher at Bugok Elementary School in Uiwang, said, “With many years of experience teaching first-grade students, I have provided teachers with the topics of ‘Hangul education through poetry and poetry songs’ and ‘Math education to acquire a sense of number operations from 1 to 10.’ “It was a useful time to share practical cases and get practical help in operating the 2022 revised curriculum,” he said.

Superintendent Seong Jeong-hyeon said, “To strengthen the capabilities of first-grade elementary school teachers in the Gunpo Uiwang area in line with the 2022 revised curriculum, we will continue to provide active support and cooperation to expand the professional learning community of voluntary teachers by operating various trainings necessary for teachers.” He said.
