경기도교육청율곡연수원(원장 이영창)이 지난 6월 5일 경기도교육청 남부청사 5층 대강당에서 ‘2025년 상반기 11기 미래인재 성장과정 정책연구 상상전(展)’을 개최했다.

이날 행사는 ‘자율로 질문하고, 균형으로 해석하며, 미래를 다시 상상하다’를 주제로 6급 공무원들의 정책연구 성과를 공유하고 확산하기 위해 마련됐다.

이번 ‘정책연구 상상전(展)’은 총 3개 분과로 구성됐다.

1분과에서는 학교 임목 폐기물 재활용을 통한 자원 순환 시스템 구축, 교육행정직 공무원 모형 구축 개발(G-CARE), 모듈러를 활용한 학교 신설 방안 등을 다루었고 2분과에서는 디지털 기반 채용·보안·계약 시스템 전환 및 조직 구조 혁신에 대한 발표가 이어졌다.

3분과는 ‘정책연구 토크콘서트’ 형식으로 참석자 간 자유로운 소통의 장이 마련됐다.

이날 임태희 경기도교육감은 축사에서 “배움의 차원을 넘어서 나름 대로의 생각을 가지고 예술의 경지까지 끌어올려야 한다”고 말했다.

임 교육감은 “선배들이 한 것들 매뉴얼대로 하는 단계는 기술적인 스킬을 배우는 것”이라며 “완전히 소화해서 자기의 정성을 넣고 상황에 맞게 쓸 것인가 고민하면 예술”이라고 말했다.

이어 “예술의 경지까지 가려면 서로 다른 교류가 필요한데 이것이 사람을 성장시키고 예술의 경지까지 끌어올리는 에너지가 된다”고 말했다.

이날 행사에서는 가상현실(VR) 및 인공지능(AI) 콘텐츠 전문가 염동근 작가의 ‘AI로 구현하다: 과거와 오늘’을 통해 기술과 예술이 결합된 새로운 형태의 공연을 선보였다.

Gyeonggi Province Office of Education Yulgok Training Institute (Director Lee Young-chang) held the ‘2025 First Half 11th Future Talent Growth Process Policy Research Imagination Exhibition’ on June 5th in the main auditorium on the 5th floor of the Gyeonggi Province Office of Education Southern Office Building.

The event was organized to share and disseminate the policy research results of 6th-grade civil servants under the theme of ‘Questioning Autonomously, Interpreting Balancedly, and Reimagining the Future.’

This ‘Policy Research Imagination Exhibition’ consists of a total of 3 divisions. The first session covered the construction of a resource circulation system through recycling of school tree waste, the development of a model for educational administrative civil servants (G-CARE), and a plan to establish a new school using modular systems. The second session included presentations on the conversion of digital-based recruitment, security, and contract systems, and organizational structure innovation.

The third session was held in the form of a ‘policy research talk concert’, providing a venue for free communication among attendees.

On this day, Gyeonggi Province Superintendent of Education Lim Tae-hee said in his congratulatory address, “We need to go beyond the level of learning and raise our own thoughts to the level of art.”
