안양시청소년재단(이사장 최대호) 산하 석수청소년문화의집(소장 박복용) 청소년운영위원회 ‘토마토’가 여성가족부와 한국청소년수련시설협회가 주관한 ‘2025 전국 우수 청소년운영위원회 청소년대표자 워크숍’에서 우수상(한국청소년정책연구원장상)을 수상했다.

전국 우수 청소년운영위원회 청소년대표자 워크숍은 전국 수련시설 내 청소년운영위원회의 활동성과와 우수사례를 발굴하기 위해 매년 실시된다. ‘토마토’는 △Grow up 토마토(청소년·문화의집·지역사회의 성장), △J.O.Y. 프로젝트(Join·Open· Youth)를 통한 모니터링 활동 등으로 지역 청소년 정책 활성화에 기여한 점을 높이 평가받아 우수상을 수상했다.

석수청소년문화의집 청소년운영위원회 위원장은 “청소년에 의한, 청소년을 위한 문화의집이 될 수 있도록 앞으로도 적극적으로 활동을 이어가겠다”고 말했다.

Seoksu Youth Cultural Center's Youth Steering Committee "Tomato" Selected as National Outstanding Youth Steering Committee

The Seoksu Youth Cultural Center (Director Park Bok-yong), under the Anyang Youth Foundation (Chairman Choi Dae-ho), received the Excellence Award (Korea Youth Policy Institute President's Award) at the "2025 National Outstanding Youth Steering Committees" event, hosted by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family and the Korea Youth Training Facility Association.

This annual evaluation recognizes the achievements and best practices of youth steering committees at training facilities nationwide. "Tomato" was highly recognized for its contributions to revitalizing local youth policies through activities such as "Grow Up Tomato" (growth of youth, cultural centers, and local communities) and "J.O.Y. Project" (Join·Open·Youth).

The Chairperson of the Seoksu Youth Cultural Center's Youth Steering Committee stated, "We will continue to actively work to ensure that the center is a cultural center run by and for youth."
