안양시청소년재단(이사장 최대호) 산하 석수청소년문화의집(소장 박복용)이 지난 10월 11일 의왕시부곡청소년문화의집, 화성시누림청소년문화의집과 함께 3개 기관 청소년운영위원회 교류활동을 전개했다.

이번 행사에는 청소년운영위원회 간 협력체계 구축과 자치역량 강화를 목표로 석수청소년문화의집 ‘토마토’, 부곡청소년문화의집 ‘라온하제’, 누림청소년문화의집 ‘누림나래’ 위원회 청소년 30명이 참여했다.

행사에서는 △업무협약 및 활동협약 체결, △기관 소개 및 아이스브레이킹, △모둠별 미션활동, △미니운동회 등이 진행됐다. 참가 청소년들은 서로 활동사례를 공유하며 청소년운영위원회 간 협력과 공동체 의식을 다지는 시간을 가졌다.

한 참가자는 “다른 기관의 우수사례를 보며 우리 위원회에도 적용할 수 있는 아이디어를 얻었다”며, “타 지역 친구들과 교류할 수 있어 뜻깊은 시간이었다”고 소감을 전했다.

한편 석수청소년문화의집 청소년운영위원회 ‘토마토’는 2025년 한국청소년정책연구원장상을 수상했으며, 청소년 언어습관 개선 프로젝트 등 다양한 자치활동을 이어가고 있다.

Seoksu Youth Cultural Center Hosts… Business Agreements, Mission Activities, and Sharing of Best Practices

On October 11th, the Seoksu Youth Cultural Center (Director Park Bok-yong), affiliated with the Anyang Youth Foundation (Chairman Choi Dae-ho), held an exchange activity with the Bugok Youth Cultural Center in Uiwang and the Nurim Youth Cultural Center in Hwaseong.

The event aimed to establish a cooperative system and strengthen self-governance among youth committees. Thirty youth members from the Seoksu Youth Cultural Center's "Tomato," Bugok Youth Cultural Center's "Raon Haje," and Nurim Youth Cultural Center's "Nurim Narae" committees participated.

The event included the signing of business and activity agreements, organization introductions and icebreakers, group mission activities, and a mini sports day. The participating youth shared their experiences and fostered cooperation and a sense of community among the youth steering committees.

One participant commented, "Seeing best practices from other organizations gave me ideas I could apply to my own committee," and added, "It was a meaningful time to connect with friends from other regions."

Meanwhile, the Seoksu Youth Cultural Center's youth steering committee, "Tomato," won the 2025 Korea Youth Policy Institute President's Award and continues various autonomous activities, including a project to improve youth language habits.
