안양시청소년재단(이사장 최대호) 산하 안양시청소년상담복지센터(센터장 민미연)가 안양만안경찰서(서장 최성규)와 지난 5월 27일 관내 위기청소년 가정 회복을 목적으로 업무협약을 체결했다.

두 기관은 이번 협약을 계기로 위기청소년의 부모에 대한 맞춤형 교육을 통해 자녀와의 소통방법, 올바른 양육 방식 등을 안내하고 부모-자녀 간 긍정적 관계 형성을 도모하는 한편, 상호 교류와 프로그램 연계를 통해 청소년의 삶의 질 향상에 힘쓰기로 했다.

협약식에는 안양시청소년상담복지센터 민미연 센터장과 안양만안경찰서 최성규 서장을 비롯한 관계자들이 참석해 상호 협력 의지를 확인했다.

두 기관은 특히 소년범 및 위기청소년의 부모를 대상으로 상담 및 교육 프로그램 연계에 힘쓰는 한편, 위기청소년 가정 보호를 위한 정보 상호 제공 및 공동 대응을 위해 협력할 계획이다.

안양시청소년상담복지센터 민미연 센터장은 “청소년의 올바른 성장을 돕기 위해 가정이 건강하게 회복할 수 있도록 부모 교육에 적극 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다.

최성규 만안경찰서장은 “이번 업무협약을 통해 부모님들이 청소년과 깊이 공감하고 건강하게 소통하는 방법을 배우는 계기가 돼 자녀들의 비행과 범죄를 가정에서부터 예방하는 밑거름이 되기를 기대한다”고 전했다.
