안양시청소년재단(이사장 최대호, 대표이사 조희련)이 청소년 자치조직 라운드 테이블 세미나 ‘경이로운 청소년 Day(경청데이)’ 시즌2를 ‘세대에게 시대를 듣다’라는 슬로건 아래 지난 12월 14일 만안청소년수련관 도담소극장에서 개최했다.

안양시청소년재단은 이번 경청데이 시즌2에서 재단의 인권 경영 성과를 공유하고 핵심고객인 청소년들의 인권에 중요성을 알리는 교육을 진행한 한편, 청소년 시설 인지도 제고를 주제로 전문 퍼실리테이터들과 다양한 의견을 도출하고 공유하는 라운드 테이블 시간을 가졌다.

지난해 경청데이 시즌1에서는 청소년이 행복한 도시 조성을 위해 필요한 조건들을 영역화시키고 관련 사업을 적극 운영한 한편, 신규사업 발굴 시 청소년들의 제안을 반영해 재단의 고객 소통을 강화하는데 주력한 바 있다.

이날 현장에서는 △청소년 시설 명칭 변경 △건물 외관 및 공간 조성 △접근성 확보 △콘텐츠 다양화 △홍보 등 다양한 영역에서 청소년들의 트렌드를 반영한 시설 변화를 주문하는 목소리가 이어졌다.

또한 학교 및 교육청 등 유관기관과의 협력을 통해 청소년 사업이 학교 연계로 확대될 수 있도록 해야 한다는 의견이 제시됐다.

안양시청소년재단 조희련 대표이사는 “재단과 청소년 시설의 주인은 청소년인만큼, 이번 경청데이 시즌2를 통해 도출된 다양한 의견을 재단의 중장기 계획을 수립하는데 적극 반영하고 청소년 친화적 정책을 적극 추진해 나가는데 노력을 아끼지 않을 것”이라고 밝혔다.
