안양과천교육지원청이 지난 2월 11일 교육지원청 대회의실에서 관내 47개 초등학교의 교무·연구부장교사를 대상으로 ‘2026학년도 학교교육과정 운영 지원 워크숍’을 열었다. 이번 워크숍은 학교 현장의 자율성과 전문성을 바탕으로 학생들의 삶과 성장을 돕는 내실 있는 교육과정을 설계하기 위해 마련됐다.

참석한 부장교사들은 2026 안양과천교육 기본계획을 바탕으로 초등 학교교육과정의 구체적인 편성 및 운영 방안을 심도 있게 논의했다. 또한 교육지원청이 추진하는 주요 정책과 사업들을 공유하며 새 학기 준비를 위한 실무 역량을 다지는 시간을 가졌다. 특히 학교 간 우수 사례를 나누고 협력할 수 있는 부장교사 네트워크를 조직함으로써, 현장에서 발생하는 어려움을 즉각적으로 돕는 밀착형 지원 체계를 구축했다는 점에서 큰 의미를 더했다.

이승희 안양과천교육지원청 교육장은 2026학년도는 학생들의 주도성을 키우는 교육과정이 학교 현장에 더욱 깊이 뿌리내리는 해가 될 것이라고 강조했다. 이어 이번 워크숍을 시작으로 각 학교가 특색에 맞춰 자율적으로 교육과정을 운영할 수 있도록 아낌없는 행정적·재정적 지원을 이어가겠다고 약속했다.

한편 안양과천교육지원청은 이번 워크숍 이후에도 교육과정과 수업, 평가가 유기적으로 연계된 통합 운영 시스템을 안착시키기 위해 다양한 지원책을 펼칠 계획이다. 이를 위해 교사 대상 연수와 지구별 네트워크 운영은 물론, 학교별 상황에 맞는 맞춤형 컨설팅을 지속적으로 전개해 현장 중심의 교육 혁신을 이끌어갈 방침이다.

Anyang-Gwacheon Elementary School Curriculum Workshop Held to Support Curriculum Development and Operation for Head Teachers at 47 Schools
