안양시청소년재단(이사장 최대호)이 2026년 청소년 자치활동의 시작을 알리는 자치조직 위촉식을 개최하며 청소년 참여 기반 강화에 나섰다.

재단 산하 만안청소년문화의집, 석수청소년문화의집, 박달청소년문화의집, 관양청소년문화의집은 지난달 28일까지 청소년운영위원회, 청소년동아리연합회, 문화기획단, 대학생 서포터즈 등 다양한 자치조직이 참여한 가운데 2026년 자치조직 위촉식 및 연합 위촉식을 잇달아 열었다.

이번 위촉식에서 청소년들은 위촉장을 수여받고 올해 활동 계획을 공유했다. 행사에서는 청소년활동 안전교육을 시작으로 시설 및 지도자 소개, 자치조직 운영 안내, 교류 프로그램 등이 진행돼 참여 청소년 간 소통과 공동체 의식을 다지는 시간이 마련됐다.

각 청소년문화의집 자치조직은 올해 정기회의와 프로젝트 활동을 통해 시설 모니터링, 프로그램 제안, 이용자 의견 수렴, 지역사회 참여, 문화·공연 기획 등 청소년 주도 활동을 확대할 예정이다. 특히 문화기획 활동과 동아리 공연, 프로그램 기획 참여 등을 통해 창의적 역량과 실질적 참여 경험을 강화한다는 방침이다.

위촉식에 참석한 한 청소년은 “다양한 자치조직 친구들을 만나 서로의 활동을 알게 돼 뜻깊었다”며 “앞으로도 적극적으로 참여해 청소년들이 즐길 수 있는 프로그램을 만들어가고 싶다”고 말했다.

재단 관계자는 “청소년 자치활동을 체계적으로 지원하고 지역사회와 연계한 프로그램을 확대해, 청소년이 스스로 성장하고 참여하는 문화를 확산해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.

The Anyang Youth Foundation (Chairman Choi Dae-ho) held an appointment ceremony for autonomous organizations to mark the start of youth autonomous activities in 2026 and strengthen the foundation for youth participation.
