전주 이씨 대동종약원 안양분원의 제32회 정기총회가 지난 3월 25일 안양시 소재 화진가든에서 개최됐다.

이번 총회는 32년 전통을 이어온 안양종친회의 숭조(崇祖) 정신을 되새기고, 향후 운영 방향을 논의하는 자리로 마련됐다. 특히 지난 6년간 분원장을 맡아온 이철우 회장이 이임하고, 이규용 신임 분원장이 새롭게 선출되며 집행부 교체를 마무리했다.

안양 전주 이씨 종친회는 그동안 숭조사상에 기반해 조상 숭배와 뿌리찾기 운동 등 다양한 활동을 이어오며 지역 종친 간 결속을 다져왔다.

새 집행부는 이규용 분원장을 중심으로 부분원장에 이창기·이채학·이용희·이대용, 감사에 이춘섭·이해동, 사무총장에 이해홍, 총무이사에 이규세 등이 맡아 조직을 이끌게 된다.

이날 총회는 이해홍 사무총장의 사회로 진행됐으며, 1부에서는 배례식과 신입 회원 소개가 이어졌다. 2부에서는 이철우 회장의 퇴임사와 함께 업무 및 사업 보고가 진행됐고, 2025년 결산과 2026년 사업계획 및 예산안이 심의·의결됐다.

이철우 회장은 이임사에서 “그동안 종친 여러분의 성원 덕분에 안양종친회가 한 단계 더 성장할 수 있었으며, 앞으로도 변함없는 관심과 참여를 부탁드립니다”라고 소회를 밝혔다.

이에 이규용 신임 분원장은 “선대의 뜻을 이어받아 종친 간 화합을 더욱 다지고, 안양종친회의 전통과 가치를 이어가는 데 최선을 다하겠습니다”라고 밝혔다.

이와 함께 안양시분원 규약 개정과 분원장 선임 안건도 처리되며 총회는 원만하게 마무리됐다.
