‘2025 문화예술 민간(기업) 참여 프로젝트’에 선정돼 경기문화재단의 지원을 받아 개최된 이번 축제의 대미는 9월 27일 오후 5시, KRCMI 그레이스홀(한국계측기기연구센터 5층, 안양시 동안구 동편로 13번길 79)에서 진행된 안양 공연이 장식했다.

클래식 음악부터 한국 가곡, 애니메이션 영화 OST, 어린아이들도 함께 즐길 수 있는 동요까지, 다채로운 음악과 악기로, 청년예술가와 장애아동· 자립준비청년이 함께 만드는 포용형 음악축제인 2025 아트블리스: 배리어프리 음악축제의 마지막 공연에 많은 이들이 함께해 그 의미를 나눴다.

안양 공연에는 배리어프리 음악 축제에 참여하는 장애 예술가와 단체를 소개하는 부스가 마련돼 청각 장애인들의 관람을 위해 수어 통역사의 해설과 함께 전시를 둘러보며, 참여자들에 대해 알아보는 시간을 가질 수 있었다. 또한, 다양한 악기와 공연장 미니어처를 직접 만져보며 시각 장애인이 경험하는 배리어프리 공연을 체험했다. 전시 체험 후에는 참여 관객들의 소감을 나누는 게시판도 마련됐다.

엔에이씨엘재단은 2020년 창단 이래, 장애아동, 입양아동, 자립준비청년 등 사회적 취약계층을 위한 공연 기획과 문화예술 교육 활동을 꾸준히 펼쳐왔다. 전문 예술가들과 취약계층 예술가 간의 멘토링을 통해 예술을 통한 사회적 가치 실현 프로젝트를 5년간 지속해온 결실이 바로 ‘아트블리스’다.

2023년 ‘모든예술31’ 지원사업으로 ‘아트블리스’를 브랜딩하며 안양에서 첫 예술축제를 시작했으며, 2024년에는 지역 기반 축제 정체성을 강화하고 ‘블리스메이커즈’ 서포터즈 운영으로 청년 예술활동가의 역량 강화를 도모했다. 이 과정에서 장애 예술가와의 협업 및 터치투어 등 다양한 배리어프리 프로그램을 시도하며 문화예술의 포괄성을 확장해왔다.
