경기도가 고용노동부가 실시한 2025년 사회적가치지표(SVI) 측정에서 참여 규모와 평가 성과 모두 전국 1위를 기록했다.

사회적가치지표(SVI)는 고용 창출, 지역사회 기여, 조직 운영, 재정 성과, 혁신성 등 14개 항목을 기준으로 사회적기업의 사회·경제적 성과를 종합 평가하는 제도다.

올해 전국 SVI 측정 참여기업 1,166개사 가운데 경기도 기업은 244개사로, 전체의 21%를 차지했다. 이는 전국 광역자치단체 중 가장 많은 규모다. 특히 정부 재정지원 정책에 SVI 결과 반영이 확대되는 상황에서, 도내 기업의 높은 참여율은 향후 정책 지원 확대 가능성으로 이어질 전망이다.

평가 성과도 두드러졌다. 경기도 참여기업 244개사 중 101개사(41.4%)가 ‘우수 이상’ 등급을 받아 전국 평균 38.1%를 웃돌았다. 우수 이상 등급 기업 수 역시 전국 최다다.

경기도는 정부의 SVI 활용 확대에 선제 대응해 2024년부터 광역자치단체 최초로 사회적경제조직 대상 SVI 교육과 맞춤형 컨설팅을 추진해 왔다.

도는 이 같은 성과를 바탕으로 일자리 창출 사업, 착한기업 선정 등 도내 지원사업에서 SVI 우수 이상 기업에 가점을 부여하고 있다. 사회적 가치 창출이 실질적인 정책 혜택으로 이어지도록 제도적 연계를 강화한다는 방침이다.

Gyeonggi Province ranked first nationwide in both participation and evaluation performance in the 2025 Social Value Index (SVI) evaluation conducted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor.

The Social Value Index (SVI) is a comprehensive evaluation system that assesses the social and economic performance of social enterprises based on 14 criteria, including job creation, community contribution, organizational management, financial performance, and innovation.

Of the 1,166 companies participating in the national SVI evaluation this year, 244 companies in Gyeonggi Province, accounting for 21% of the total, the largest number among metropolitan and provincial governments nationwide. With the government expanding the inclusion of SVI results in financial support policies, the high participation rate of companies in the province is expected to lead to increased policy support in the future.

The evaluation results were also notable. Of the 244 participating companies in Gyeonggi Province, 101 (41.4%) received an "Excellent" or higher rating, exceeding the national average of 38.1%. The number of companies receiving an "Excellent" or higher rating also surpassed the national average.
