지난해 11월 산본신도시 통합재건축 정비사업 선도지구로 지정된 9-2구역(한양백두·극동백두·동성백두)이 군포시에 예비사업시행자로 LH 지정을 신청했다.

9-2구역이 지난 5월 29일 ‘노후계획도시 특별정비계획 수립 지침’에 의거해 예비사업시행자 지정에 대한 약 53%의 주민 동의서를 받아서 군포시에 예비사업자 LH 지정 신청을 완료함에 따라 군포시 노후계획도시정비가 본격 추진될 전망이다.
