경기도의회 문형근 여성가족평생위원장(더불어민주당, 안양3)이 지난 8월 11일 경기도의회 안양상담소에서 안양시 민간어린이집 연합회 백성희 회장 등과 함께 보육환경 개선을 위한 정책정담회를 열었다.

참석자들은 내구연한(10년)이 지난 노후 CCTV를 교체·보완해 아동학대 예방과 영유아 안전 확보, 보안 관리 강화를 추진해야 한다고 의견을 모았다. 또한 교사의 업무 부담 완화와 보육의 질 향상을 위해 하반기 대체교사 예산 부족 문제를 해결할 지원 방안도 논의했다.

문형근 위원장은 “어린이집 CCTV는 아동 안전과 학대 예방의 핵심 장치”라며, “노후 장비 교체와 대체교사 확보 지원이 경기도 예산에 반영될 수 있도록 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다. 이어 “현장의 목소리를 직접 듣고 실질적인 지원책을 마련해 보육 환경과 안전 수준을 높이겠다”고 덧붙였다.

Gyeonggi Provincial Council Member Moon Hyung-geun (Democratic Party of Korea, Anyang 3) held a policy discussion on improving childcare environments at the Anyang Counseling Center on August 11th with Baek Seong-hee, President of the Anyang Private Daycare Center Association, and others.

Attendees agreed that replacing and upgrading aging CCTV cameras, which have exceeded their service life (10 years), is essential to prevent child abuse, ensure the safety of infants and toddlers, and strengthen security management. They also discussed support measures to address the shortage of substitute teachers in the second half of the year, alleviating teachers' workloads and improving the quality of childcare.

Council Member Moon stated, "Childcare CCTV cameras are a key component of child safety and abuse prevention," and added, "I will work to ensure that the Gyeonggi Provincial Budget reflects support for replacing aging equipment and securing substitute teachers." He added, "We will listen directly to the voices of those on the ground and develop practical support measures to improve the childcare environment and safety standards."
