경기도의회 유영일(국민의힘·안양5) 도시환경위원회 부위원장이 지난 8월 27일 ‘경기도 고쳐쓰는 문화 확산을 위한 수리할 권리 지원 조례안’을 대표발의해 입법예고했다. 이번 조례안은 고장난 물건을 수리해 다시 쓰는 문화를 제도적으로 뒷받침하고, 자원 순환사회로의 전환을 앞당기겠다는 취지를 담았다.
