안양시는 경기도가 실시한 ‘2025년 지방세정 종합평가’에서 3개의 평가 분야 모두에서 고르게 우수한 성과를 거뒀다.
경기도가 지난 3월 28일 공개한 2024년을 대상으로 한 ‘2025년 지방세정 운영 평가’ 결과 안양시는 △세무조사실적 최우수상, △세외수입운영 우수상 △지방세정운영 장려상을 수상했다.
안양시는 이번 수상으로 기관 표창과 함께 상사업비 총 9,200만원을 확보했다.
경기도는 지방재정을 건전하고 효율적으로 운영하기 위해 매년 도내 31개 시·군을 대상으로 세수 규모에 따라 그룹별로 나눠 세무조사실적 평가, 세외수입운영 평가, 지방세정운영 평가 등을 실시하고 있다.
세무조사실적 평가는 법인 세무조사 실적, 조사수행 노력도 등 3개 분야 11개 지표, 세외수입운영 평가는 세외수입 징수율, 세외수입 체납액 정리 실적 등 5개 분야 9개 지표, 지방세정운영 평가는 지방세 부과징수, 세수 추계 정확도 등 6개 분야 13개 지표를 기준으로 평가한다.
지난해 경기 불황으로 세입 징수 여건이 어려운 상황에서도 키스콘 등 새로운 세무조사 기법을 도입 및 허위본점법인 중과세 추징 등을 시행했으며, 전년도 대비 1,915억원 증가한 9,503억원의 지방세를 징수했다.
안양시는 이번 수상을 통해 확보된 상사업비를 시민 편의 중심의 세정 서비스 개선 및 우수사례 확산, 세무 담당 공무원의 업무연찬 사업 등에 활용할 예정이다.

In the '2025 Local Tax Administration Operation Evaluation' targeting 2024, which Gyeonggi Province released on March 28, Anyang City won the △Tax Investigation Performance Excellence Award, △Excellent Non-Tax Revenue Operation Award, and △Encouragement Award for Local Tax Administration Operation.
With this award, Anyang City secured a total of 92 million won in business expenses along with an institutional commendation. Gyeonggi Province conducts tax investigation performance evaluations, non-tax revenue operation evaluations, and local tax administration operation evaluations every year by dividing 31 cities and counties in the province into groups based on tax revenue scale in order to operate local finances in a sound and efficient manner.
